Job summary

Nextbridge is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop, test, and optimize firmware for robotics and autonomous systems. The role emphasizes C/C++, Python, MCU architectures, and hardware-software integration across multiple platforms.

The engineer will work with STM32/ESP32/ARM-based MCUs, implement diverse communication protocols, and develop PID-based motor control. A strong emphasis on documentation and cross-team collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in embedded systems development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and optimize embedded firmware using C/C++ and Python.
• Work with microcontrollers and microprocessors (STM32, ESP32, Nordic nRF, Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi).
• Interface and integrate sensors, encoders, servo motors, and motor drivers.
• Implement communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RS485, Modbus).
• Develop motor control algorithms and PID controllers.
• Hardware-software integration and firmware optimization.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and software teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and testing procedures.
