Harvey Nash in Illinois is seeking a Remote Control Systems Engineer (Embedded Software & System Integration) to blend hands-on embedded software development with cross‑functional system integration on real machines. This role spans software, hardware, controls, and communications networks to deliver production-ready remote control and autonomous systems.

You'll develop with Embedded C/C++, RTOS, and MATLAB/Simulink, validate CAN and Ethernet networks, and use CANoe/CANalyzer for integration

Qualifikationen

5+ years of Embedded C/C++ development experience.
Experience with RTOS-based embedded systems.
CAN Bus and Ethernet communications experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.

Aufgaben

Develop embedded software using Embedded C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink.
Integrate and validate remote control systems across software, hardware, and networks
Troubleshoot and debug CAN and Ethernet communications
Utilize CANoe, CANalyzer, and other engineering tools for system integration and validation
Gather and manage requirements while supporting end-to-end traceability
Perform testing, verification, validation, and root-cause analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions
