Job summary

At Eaton, the Engineering & Technology Development Program offers two one-year rotations within embedded systems, combining hardware and software product development. You will build leadership and technical depth while contributing to next-generation power management solutions.

Participants relocate to Eaton sites in the U.S. and collaborate with senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional teams as you explore future opportunities in the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/electronics engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science, with graduation before Aug 2027.
• Internship/co‑op experience or at least 3 months of related work by application.
• Minimum GPA 2.8.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the United States.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar visas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program with two 12-month assignments in Engineering & Technology.
• Support hardware and software product development for embedded systems.
• Develop leadership and technical depth across focus areas.
• Travel up to 25% as assigned.
