Job summary

The Eaton Applications Engineering Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to develop future application engineers within our Electrical Sector. Rotations may be based in manufacturing locations including El Paso, TX, with relocation assistance.

Participants gain exposure to Applications Engineering and Sales Engineering functions, with early leadership responsibilities and a potential third year as a Product Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution with a graduation date before July 2027.
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration or visa plans.
• Minimum of one internship or co‑op experience or 3 months of relevant experience.
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year rotations across Applications Engineering and related functions.
• Gain exposure to manufacturing and test functions at Eaton locations.
• Possible third year assignment as a Product Supervisor in manufacturing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

Minimum GPA 2.8

Graduation before July 2027

Minimum internship or co‑op experience

Geographically flexible to relocate within the United States
