Qualifications

• Minimum internship/co‑op experience or 3 months Power Electronics work experience by application.
• Geographically flexible to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support product engineering projects driving power electronics innovations.
• Participate in two 12‑month rotations within the Engineering & Technology Leadership Development Program.
• Build leadership aptitude and technical depth in focus areas: MV power conversion, solid state protection, Energy Intelligence.
• Leverage exposure to modern tools and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions.
