Job summary

Zenity is seeking a Solutions Architect who will embed with a strategic customer to implement the platform inside their AI and data environment, working directly with their security team onsite. You will gather requirements, design and build custom solutions, integrate with the customer’s systems, and stay accountable for deploying a working outcome.

You’ll lead with autonomy, translate customer observations into engineering detail, and advocate for the customer’s priorities in Zenity’s roadmap

Qualifications

• Design and configure solutions hands-on; this is a technical role, not sales.
• Impose structure on vague, high-stakes problems.
• Customer-facing engineering roles such as Forward Deployed Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• Build, not just maintain, systems, integrations, or relationships.
• Be the technical face of Zenity onsite with customers.
• Background in cybersecurity, cloud security, governance, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or AI governance tooling.
• Startup or high-growth experience with fast-moving work.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements in the field with the customer security team.
• Customize and configure the solution for the customer's workflow.
• Integrate with the customer's data, APIs, infrastructure, and identity patterns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate alongside the customer end-to-end.
• Feed learnings back into the core product to influence the roadmap.
• Own the deployment outcome from first ask to working solution.
• Lead the customer in best practices for a new category in AI security.
