Job summary

RFA Engineering is seeking an entry-level to experienced Software Test Engineer to join our engineering team. The position will be onsite at our customer’s world-class facility, with opportunities for growth and direct hire by the customer.

You will develop, automate, and execute tests for embedded software and vehicle systems, perform HIL/SIL validation, analyze results, and work with cross-functional teams to drive quality and timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong ability to interpret software requirements and test plans.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document HIL and SIL validation strategies.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for embedded software.
• Analyze test results and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Validate embedded software interactions with sensors, actuators, and networks.
• Support verification and validation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in project team meetings.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and tests.
