RFA Engineering seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team onsite with our customers. You will develop, execute, and automate HIL validation for embedded control systems and ECUs, focusing on dSPACE-based test environments and model-based verification.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of software development or testing experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a full-time onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software, or EE required.
• 2+ years of software development or testing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at customer facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document HIL validation strategies, test plans, and procedures for embedded control systems and ECUs.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot HIL test environments using dSPACE, Vector, and related platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, validation tools, and data acquisition solutions to improve test coverage.
