Job summary

RFA Engineering is seeking an embedded software engineer to design, test and validate software for real-time control systems across medical, industrial, and aerospace applications. The role operates onsite at a world-class customer facility with a full benefit package.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a relevant engineering field and hands-on experience in C/C++ development, embedded systems, and team collaboration in an engineering environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Software, Computer, Electrical, or other relevant Engineering degree.
• Experience with C or C++ development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, with an any-problem-can-be-solved attitude.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment for product lines.
• Develop, debug, and validate embedded software for real-time control systems and machine applications.
• Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Integrate software with sensors, actuators, communication networks, and other electronic control systems.
