Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Embedded Software Security Engineer I to implement software security principles for real-time sensor software and develop applications across multiple languages.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong C/C++, Python, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable TDMC-based deployment. Onsite work at our El Segundo campus is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience developing and testing software in C/C++ and scripting with Python/Perl.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or above required on day one.

Responsibilities

• Implement Software Security principles for embedded real-time sensor software.
• Develop software applications across multiple programming languages and platforms.
• Ensure Software Product Assurance processes are followed on programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define TDMC-based execution deployment.
