Job summary
Pivotal seeks a Scrum Master to support embedded software and firmware for our next-generation eVTOL aircraft. You will work with firmware, software, systems, hardware, DevOps, and verification teams to establish priorities, maintain cadence, and drive work from definition through integration and verification.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting software or firmware teams in aerospace, automotive, robotics, autonomous systems, or complex hardware/software environments.
- 3+ years in Scrum Master, technical program manager, or similar execution-focused role.
- Strong working knowledge of Jira and GitLab, including backlogs, boards, releases, defects, and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile/Scrum execution for embedded software, firmware, DevOps, and verification teams.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog with clearly defined scope and acceptance criteria.
- Drive blockers to closure with owners and due dates.
- Monitor execution status across Jira, GitLab, Smartsheet, and MS Project to align with milestones.
- Coordinate activities across embedded software, hardware interfaces, verification, and aircraft integration.
