Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer at Associate, Experienced or Lead level to work on embedded cyber-resiliency software for a large-scale satellite program.

You will design, integrate, test and debug software for embedded devices, collaborate with flight software and product security teams, and contribute to development platforms, tooling, and CVA activities on a 100% onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1+ years of embedded real-time software development.
• 1+ years of C/C++ coding or java/python script development.
• 1+ years of RTOS experience.
• 1+ years of DevOps tool chain development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, modify, test, and debug software for embedded devices and systems.
• Review, analyze, and translate customer requirements for embedded software products.
• Write code for embedded systems on specialized hardware and integrate with hardware components.
• Analyze, monitor and improve efficiency and stability of embedded software.
• Conduct Cyber Vulnerability Analysis (CVA) across satellite vehicle architecture.
• Design and write custom tools to support automation and development workflow.
