Job summary
Metrea Advanced Signals LLC seeks a Software Engineer to join our team working on state-of-the-art military communications and signals intelligence products. You will develop, test, and debug software for embedded systems in a small, agile environment.
Requirements include a BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in Java, Python and C/C++, Linux, and CI/CD with GitLab. Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance and US work authorization are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with Java, Python and C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Experience with Linux environments.
- CI/CD and GitLab or similar git repositories.
- Eligible to obtain a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and debug software for embedded systems.
- Analyze, design, and implement software subsystems from requirements.
- Improve system performance as needed.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
