Job summary

Paragon Cyber Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to join a team delivering software, firmware, and digital capabilities for Electronic Warfare and related training environments. You will design, develop, integrate, test, and sustain software across lifecycle stages.

With 3+ years of professional experience and proficiency in languages such as Python, C, C++, or Java, you will contribute to system-level validation and testing while collaborating with a skilled engineering group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing, coding, integrating, testing, and maintaining software in a structured engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Python, C, C++, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, and maintain software for EW systems and related environments.
• Support software efforts across the lifecycle from initial design to upgrades and replacements.
• Plan, code, test, and deliver software artifacts including source code, executables, and test data.
• Analyze system requirements to ensure validation against operational needs.
• Perform requirements development, validation, traceability, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Support software testing activities including unit, integration, and system-level testing.
• Participate in code reviews and documentation of automated test results.
