Job summary

Sigma Defense is seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end engineering, integration, and testing of advanced EW systems for DoD customers. Responsibilities include developing requirements, system architectures, and verification plans, with emphasis on RF, EA/ES/EP, and hardware/software integration.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, experience with DoD programs, and the ability to obtain/maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Lead the systems engineering lifecycle from concept development through production and fielding.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, ICDs, and verification plans.
• Perform requirements decomposition, allocation, and traceability.
• Design and integrate RF, EA/ES/EP systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, software teams throughout program.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an active TS/SCI clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead the systems engineering lifecycle from concept through production and fielding.
• Develop system requirements, ICDs, and verification plans.
• Perform requirements decomposition, allocation, and traceability.
• Develop and maintain system architectures and technical baselines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams for integration and testing.
• Support RF performance characterization and environmental testing.
