Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. is seeking an Embedded Engineering Co-Op to work with full-time professionals for 7 months, starting May/June 2027. You will contribute to developing and improving products in an agile setting, aided by a dedicated mentor who helps you ramp up in the code base and tackle daily blockers.

You should be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree and be able to work full time during May 2027–Dec 2027 or Jan 2027–Aug 2027. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work full time during Spring 2027 or Fall 2027 semesters.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing products in an agile environment.
• Work with a dedicated mentor to ramp up in the codebase and remove blockers.
• Engage in software engineering areas including OOD/OOA, SDLC, testing, and build management.
