Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Embedded Software Engineering Co-op for Spring 2027. The role is part-time in our Software Engineering group, focusing on prototyping, coding, testing, scripting, and document generation across Windows, Linux, and RTOS environments.

You’ll code in C++, C#, C, and Python, manage changes with Git (Bitbucket or GitLab) and Jira, and submit code for peer review. January 2027 through Summer 2027 is the planned period.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearance.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience with programming in C++ or C#.
• Interest in embedded programming and working with hardware.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design.
