Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Software Engineering Co-op to contribute to AI-powered software projects within our industrial automation ecosystem.

You will work with experienced engineers, mentors, and leaders in a hybrid setting, with a focus on software development practices, TDD, and automation tools. The role runs June through August 2027 and requires current enrollment in a bachelor’s or advanced degree program plus U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Interest in AI software development and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams on software development projects.
• Gain experience across full development lifecycle and modern AI technologies.
