Job summary

Premise One LLC is seeking an Embedded Client Support Technician to act as the on-site technical representative at a studio campus near Beverly Hills, CA. You will deliver daily service, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems, and support ongoing client projects.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication with client staff and onsite partners, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience installing, servicing, maintaining, or troubleshooting commercial low-voltage systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with access control, CCTV/video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Working knowledge of Lenel access control systems and field hardware.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting IP cameras and video surveillance devices.
• Strong knowledge of relay logic, electrical circuits, and control panel wiring.
• Ability to diagnose problems independently and determine corrective actions.
• Proficiency with test equipment, meters, and network testers.
• Ability to read construction drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with computers, mobile apps, ticketing systems, and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Embedded Client Support: be Premise One's primary on-site technical resource at the client location.
• Service and Maintenance: diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Project and Installation Support: assist with ad-hoc installation and hardware replacement projects.
• Testing and Documentation: document labor, materials, steps, and conditions in the ticketing system.
• Safety and Quality: follow safety requirements and industry standards; escalate risks when needed.
