Job summary

Premise One, Inc. seeks a Lead Security Technician to install Card Access, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection systems while upholding quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with the Project Manager, and serve as the primary contact for clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 60% of the time. A valid driver's license and safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AV, Security, Access Control, or Infrastructure Cabling.
• Experience leading project teams and reporting to Foreman/Project Manager.
• Must possess basic hand tools necessary for project completion.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry tools and equipment.
• Three to Five years related experience and/or training required.

Responsibilities

• Execute project installations as directed by the Project Manager.
• Follow project drawings and manufacturer specifications for all installations.
• Communicate professionally with field staff and customers.
• Collaborate effectively with the Project Manager, Field Technicians, and other team members.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and requirements consistently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, representing Premise One professionally.
• Attend site meetings, as required and provide updates on project progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs provided by Premise One.
