Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Embedded Project Manager to join LenelS2 Managed Services in Topeka, KS. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, coordinating with engineering, sales, quality assurance, and support teams to ensure on-time, within-budget results.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management or leadership, experience with customer-facing projects in security or enterprise software, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a Project Management or leadership role.
3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope definition, milestone tracking, budget management, and resource allocation.
Define and monitor KPIs to ensure project health, adjusting strategies proactively to mitigate risks.
