Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for defense tech or venture-backed/startup clients.
• Able to present credibly in front of clients.
• Able to explain market and recruiting targets clearly.

Responsibilities

• Join as a 180 or 360 recruiter, embedded on a defense tech client project.
• Source candidates day long for highly funded companies.
• Work directly with client stakeholders.
• Return to 180/360 after contract or stay embedded long-term.
