Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Embedded Project Lead to serve as a liaison among USARPAC, 8th TSC, and the Hawai’i PMO, driving project leadership, requirements management, and operational coordination in support of SOCPAC at Camp Smith HI.

The ideal candidate will own complex requirements, build accountable teams, and execute in a distributed Indo-Pacific logistics environment with travel as needed. Strong communication and disciplined logistics execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of Army and Theater-level logistics.
• 5 years of project management, military operations, logistics, sustainment, or Gov contracting.
• Experience with DoD, military, or Federal agencies.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to assigned USARPAC and 8th TSC directorates and organizations.
• Develop understanding of Joint and U.S. Army priorities.
• Translate customer requirements into executable project objectives, tasks and activities.
• Lead projects from requirements development through execution, delivery, assessment, and closeout.
• Coordinate capabilities across logistics, supply, distribution, warehousing, transportation, engineering, readiness, training, and mission support.
• Track project performance, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
• Facilitate customer working groups, planning sessions, exercises, assessments, demonstrations, and events.
• Develop executive briefings, CONOPS, SOPs, and assessments.
• Analyze operational and logistics data to identify gaps, constraints, vulnerabilities, and opportunities.
• Support distributed and contested logistics initiatives to increase resilience and reach.
• Support modernization, experimentation, and integration of emerging technologies.
• Provide PMO leadership visibility into customer priorities, mission requirements, risks, and opportunities.
