We are hiring Embedded Linux Field Engineer to expand our reach in mission-critical industries such as Automotive, Medical Devices, Industrial Systems, Robotics, and Telco, as well as Consumer Electronics. We seek candidates who are accomplished Linux professionals, passionate about Linux, knowledgeable about OS internals, and proficient with containerization, debugging, and related skills.
The server edition of Ubuntu is widely used in connected devices and industrial PCs. Our Ubuntu Core edition for IoT emphasizes security and resilience for high-end appliances. Our offerings include real-time Linux capabilities and certifications, designed for reliability, security, developer productivity, and minimal footprint.
Successful candidates will possess strong Linux knowledge, coding and scripting skills, experience with low-level Linux boot, BIOS, firmware, embedded software development, and a willingness to travel up to 30%. Fluency in Chinese is required. They will be result-oriented, team players, quick learners, and able to handle diverse client engagements.
