Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Address operational stress and trauma-related conditions.
• Provide psychoeducation and resilience-building interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and adhere to standards.
