RTX's Collins Aerospace site in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Software Engineer 1 to help capture requirements and develop embedded software in C++ for the A661 Graphics Server, with testing to DO-178C DAL A fidelity.

The role involves contributing to graphics server development, applying aerospace software processes, and coordinating with an office and lab environment to deliver a high-quality product on schedule.

Formación

• Typically requires a bachelor's or master's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) discipline.
• Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.
• US Citizen, no dual citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Software Requirements, Design, Code, and Verification of the cockpit display system's graphics server.
• Apply Collins Aerospace software processes for development and verification.
• Work with desktop computer in an office environment and with target hardware in an engineering lab to deliver a high-quality software product on schedule and cost constraints.
