RTX's Collins Aerospace division seeks a Software Engineer 1 to develop embedded software in C++ for the A661 Graphics Server, with DO-178C DAL A fidelity. You will contribute to requirements, design, code and verification, and work with both office and lab environments to deliver a high-quality software product on schedule.

The role requires 40-hour weeks and a strong grounding in embedded software, OpenGL/Vulkan, and RTOS concepts, with on-site work in a highly collaborative team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM required
• Willing to work 40 hours per week
• US Citizen, no dual citizenship

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Software Requirements, Design, Code, and Verification of the cockpit display system’s graphics server.
• Understand Collins Aerospace processes related to software development and verification and apply them to current projects.
• Work with desktop computer in an office environment and with target hardware in an engineering lab to deliver a high-quality software product within schedule and cost constraints
