Equiliem in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer to develop and validate firmware for power conversion and battery management systems. You will work with hardware and system engineers to deliver integrated solutions and support NPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in EE/CE and at least five years in embedded firmware and DPS/microcontrollers, with C/C coding and RTOS knowledge. Hybrid work in Raleigh offers collaboration, documentation, and testing responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
5+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
5+ years in DPS or microcontrollers programming.
Proficient in C/C for embedded systems.
RTOS experience.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement firmware for power electronics and battery management systems.
Test and troubleshoot firmware using debuggers, simulators, and HIL setups.
Promote model-based design in the NPI process.
Collaborate with hardware and system engineers on integrated solutions.
Document specifications, test plans, and DVT reports.
