Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of circuit design and CAD layout experience.
• 5+ years prototyping and detailed design of electronic components.
• Experience with electronics fabrication and assembly.
• Familiarity with configuration control.

Responsibilities

• Identify engineering challenges and recommend designs to solve them.
• Design, prototype, and test components with project leads and team members.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to integrate prototypes into full-scale systems.
• Contribute to component- and system-level testing throughout development.
• Research and resolve design/manufacturing issues when found.
• Develop and maintain design and manufacturing documentation and procedures.
• Mentor early-career electrical engineers assigned to the team.
