Job summary

TVH is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Grayslake, IL to develop hardware- and software-based electronic devices for material handling vehicles and related equipment. You will analyze circuits, create schematics, and develop embedded code across embedded C/C++ platforms.

The role requires a four-year degree, knowledge of electrical theory and PCB design, and experience with lab equipment. Collaboration with manufacturing and external vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and embedded software concepts.
• Experience in embedded C/C++ programming.
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware- and software-based electronic devices.
• Analyze circuits and define inputs/outputs.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts.
• Develop embedded code and test prototypes.
• Generate technical documentation and BOMs.
• Interface with manufacturing and vendors to facilitate production.
