Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an Embedded DevOps/DevSecOps Lead to define, design, and own the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline architecture for missile programs within the Advanced Weapons BU. You will implement secure, scalable pipelines, drive automation across development streams, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

Experience designing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for embedded missile programs.
Hands-on with DevSecOps tooling and secure software practices.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to leadership.

Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for missile program codebases, selecting and integrating tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, and the Atlassian suite.
Develop and maintain pipeline automation scripts and build configurations (CMake, VisualStudio, custom build scripts).
Architect secure artifact repositories and version-control strategies with DoD-compliant traceability.
Implement static analysis and security gates within pipelines for C++, Python, and VxWorks.
Collaborate with embedded engineers to tailor build/test processes for real-time, safety-critical apps.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps/DevSecOps teams.
