Northrop Grumman seeks a senior DevSecOps leader to drive process and infrastructure evolution for rapid capability maturation. You will guide automation, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing across Agile teams while ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

The role requires Top Secret/Sci access, polygraph readiness, and Security+ within 60 days, with 12+ years in software development and strong Cmd line. Expect on-site work in supported locations.

Qualifications

12+ years of software development experience with a related bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access; polygraph required.
Experience leading Agile teams and DevSecOps initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and evolution of processes and infrastructure for rapid capability maturation.
Integrate development pipelines leveraging automation with CI/CD frameworks.
Define build, deployment, provisioning, and monitoring standards for the program.
Ensure SCM, code quality, and code coverage with automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
Lead the Agile team to deliver end-to-end automation of deployment and infrastructure management.
