Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX seeks a Systems Security Engineer II - P2 to join the SSE team. You will develop holistic security solutions across cyber, software assurance, and supply chain risk management for embedded systems.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree in STEM with related experience. Onsite work and relocation support are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience in SSE, cybersecurity, or embedded security.

Responsibilities

• Support SSE solutions integration into RTX products.
• Define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, and system impacts.
• Plan and guide SSE implementations in customer systems.
• Attack threat modeling / Critical Program Information Assessments.
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow-down of requirements to subsystems.
• Ensure compliance with DoD release and export licensing policies.
