Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX is seeking a Systems Security Engineer II - P2 to join our SSE team. This onsite role focuses on protecting Warfighter technology and applying Cyber Security, Software Assurance and Supply Chain Risk Management to program protection on embedded systems.

You will work with a highly visible team to develop security solutions, ensure DoD compliance, and support RTX products throughout the lifecycle. Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in System Security Engineering, cybersecurity or embedded security.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of SSE solutions into RTX products.
• Define SSE requirements, solutions, costs and system impacts.
• Plan and guide SSE implementations in customer systems.
• Attack threat modeling / Critical Program Information Assessments.
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow down to subsystems.
• Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
