Job summary

Stellantis seeks a Controls Integration Engineer within the Vehicle and Propulsion Controls organization. The role focuses on translating performance objectives into embedded software controls across Engines/Transmissions/Hybrids/BEV platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust control solutions. You’ll lead testing, coordinate technical issues, and support program-level planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of related work experience.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• High level understanding of Vehicle and Propulsion systems, and ECU software & controls requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable.
• DFSS Green Belt and/or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deploy high-level requirements with key stakeholders (Systems, Architecture, Network, Controls & Software and Validation).
• Coordinate Controls feature development by tracking deliverables and change management.
• Act as Technical lead for controls testing and validate results.
• Coordinate controls troubleshooting by leading issue resolution and tracking open points.
• Develop detailed technical project timing and risk assessments for Controls Managers.
