Job summary

Stellantis NV’s Electrified Propulsion Controls CoE is seeking a seasoned Electrified Powertrain Controls Specialist to drive strategy, architecture, and delivery of advanced electrified powertrain systems.

You will lead system-level control architectures and cross-program integration across STLA, BEV, REEV, and HEV programs, ensuring robust V-cycle development and innovative control approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
• 8 years of experience in controls/software engineering.
• Recognized expertise in propulsion control systems.
• Proven leadership in delivering production systems.
• Strong influence across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define control strategies and architecture at system/vehicle level.
• Lead development and integration across multiple programs (STLA, BEV, REEV, HEV).
• Drive complex algorithm design and optimization.
• Ensure robustness through full V-cycle (MIL/SIL/HIL/vehicle).
• Lead resolution of critical issues and crisis situations.
• Define standards, methods, and best practices.
• Drive innovation (advanced control, AI/optimization approaches).
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching.
• Interface with leadership and global stakeholders.
