Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
At least three years of professional engineering experience.
Experience with C++ and MATLAB for object-oriented design.
Familiar with control development and calibration tools (dSpace, CANalyzer, INCA, ATI Vision).
Proficient with software version control (Subversion and Git).

Responsibilities

Develops and manages control system software for power systems.
Uses MATLAB/Simulink and/or C to create embedded control software.
Deploys control algorithms to embedded controllers (rapid prototyping and production ECU).
Creates software requirements, specifications and validation plans.
Maintains software portfolio, revision control, release, obsolescence and maintenance.
Acts as liaison between departments as necessary.
