Job summary

Paramint LLC in Jersey City is seeking an Embedded Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and engineering on enterprise projects. You will lead discovery, document data requirements and coordinate with DBAs while supporting UX and QA activities.

You’ll map processes, write SQL queries, develop Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with teams across SDLC using Azure DevOps, Visio/Miro. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of BA experience in web apps and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college.
• 2+ years Business Analysis for full-stack web applications development projects.
• 2+ years Business Analysis for online or in-house hosted third-party enterprise platform applications (SharePoint, Power Platform, OpenText, eBuilder).
• 2+ years database querying and data profiling in Microsoft SQL Server.
• 1+ year report and dashboard development using Microsoft Power BI.
• 1+ year system workflow and diagram design using Miro or Microsoft Visio.
• 1+ year with Azure DevOps for version control and task management.
• Proficiency with SDLC methodologies and data flow diagrams and ERDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Map end-to-end processes using BPMN or Visio swim-lane diagrams
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement and sprint reviews
• Define data requirements, write SQL queries and coordinate with DBAs
• Partner with UX lead to create wireframes/prototypes
• Support SIT/UAT by writing test scenarios
• Prepare guidance, SOPs and quick-start videos
