Job description

The Software Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and system requirements for software solutions. This role acts as the primary translation layer between business users, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure that software delivered aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows.

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. 5+ years of experience in designing enterprise software solutions.
2. Experience in identifying potential impacts and/or gaps in terms of organization, business and processes between current customer situations, and the desired end-state of the software solution.
3. Experience designing complex software products including the deployment of multiple versions/releases of a large product.
4. Proven ability to anticipate and appropriately escalation on forthcoming issues and risks of the software solution.
5. Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps (or Atlassian Jira), including the creation, tracking and reporting of user stories.
