Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales/partnerships within financial services, fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of embedded banking, BaaS, and API‑driven financial products.
• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing multi‑stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage embedded banking partners across fintech, SaaS, e‑commerce, and platform ecosystems.
• Lead partner engagement from discovery through due diligence, solution design, contracting, and relationship stewardship.
• Develop tailored embedded‑finance value propositions connecting partner models to bank capabilities and compliance requirements.
• Maintain a transparent partner pipeline with accurate forecasting and sustainable revenue growth.
• Gain deep insight into partner product roadmaps, workflows, compliance, and strategic priorities to drive adoption and expansion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—compliance, risk, product, operations, legal, onboarding—to meet regulatory expectations and integrate into oversight model.
• Collaborate with product and risk teams to relay partner needs and influence roadmaps for embedded banking offerings.
• Stay informed on regulatory, competitive, and tech developments shaping sponsor banking and embedded finance.
