Job summary

Rad AI is building embedded analytics inside its reporting platform to give radiology groups visibility into their data, including turnaround times and AI utilization. You’ll be a data engineer, analyst, and customer-facing partner, turning ambiguous asks into rigorous metrics and scalable data models.

You’ll work with radiology admins, quality leads, and informatics teams to design semantic layers and dashboards, applying statistical rigor and explanations for confident, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in analytics engineering, data science, or BI with some customer-facing work.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with recent tools for describing, modeling, or documenting datasets.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with modern governed BI tools.
• Experience defining or maintaining semantic layers (LookML, dbt Semantic Layer, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Build governed data models and dashboards that scale across customers.
• Translate requirements from radiology stakeholders into robust metrics and reusable models.
• Ensure data quality end-to-end and explain anomalies to customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to prioritize metrics that move the needle.
