Job summary

Arcadia is hiring an AI Operations Lead to own the AI transformation roadmap and requirements for Claude skills, agents, and workflows. You will partner with engineering to ship capabilities, establish standards, and build a scalable champion network across the company.

You will drive adoption, measure impact, and codify reusable patterns while ensuring governance and data handling standards are met. Arcadia offers remote-friendly roles and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management, workflow, or process‑design experience.
• Strong workflow- and process‑design instincts.
• Fluency in translating a business problem into clear requirements for engineering.
• Interpersonal range to win trust across different teams and cultures.
• Bias for reusable systems over heroics.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Embed team to team and map current-state workflows end to end to identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Own the product definition for Claude skills and workflows and define success criteria for engineering to build.
• Engage and grow a champion network across teams to sustain momentum after launches.
• Codify best practices into reusable patterns and playbooks for future teams.
• Ensure workflows remain safe and compliant by coordinating with Security & Compliance and AI Governance.
