Job summary

DigiCert seeks a Remote Senior Finance professional to design and deliver AI-enabled financial processes. You will embed with Finance, Sales, Legal, and HR to map workflows, prototype AI agents, and ship production solutions with measurable business impact.

You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinating with IT, Security, and Engineering to ensure governance, security, and compliance. Expect multiple production launches per year and a strong emphasis on real production value rather than pilots.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping technical solutions in a business context.
• 2+ years hands-on with LLM-based systems in production or near-production.
• Experience with enterprise platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Jira.
• A track record of translating messy processes into working systems.
• Judgment in security- and compliance-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed inside a function for engagement duration; map workflows and ship fixes end to end.
• Design agent workflows with retrieval, tool calling, and evaluation.
• Lead vendor evaluations and proofs of concept; turn wins into reusable patterns.
