Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a leader who can embed with diverse business functions to design, build, and deliver AI-enabled workflows and agents. You will own the solution end-to-end, from discovery through production monitoring, partnering with the pod and function owners to measure impact and scale successful patterns.

You will drive automation across Salesforce, NetSuite, and modern platform tools, ensuring secure, auditable deployments while aligning with DigiCert's governance and compliance

Qualifications

• Five+ years in solutions engineering or equivalent business-technology roles.
• Experience embedding AI solutions inside business functions and workflows.
• Proven ability to ship end-to-end production solutions.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript with API integrations.
• Strong communication skills for executives and technical teams.
• Understanding of security/compliance considerations in deployments.

Responsibilities

• Embed inside a function for the engagement duration; map workflows and ship fixes.
• Design, build, launch, and measure AI-enabled workflows and agents.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Engineering on shared foundations.
• Create templates and governance practices for repeatable delivery.
• Instrument outcomes with dashboards and executive-facing metrics.
