Job summary

Momentuum blue, a Coforge Company, is hiring Senior FDEs to lead pods of associate FDEs and AI agents across the US and UK, embedding directly inside client organizations to ship production AI systems.

You will own outcomes from first inquiry to production, set technical direction, and ensure the pod delivers shipped software within enterprise security and data residency constraints. This is not a pilot project; it's hands-on leadership at client sites.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years shipping production software.
• Experience with customer-facing delivery.
• Led small teams, formal or informal.
• Familiar with agentic coding tools.
• Ability to operate as CTO on engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own a client outcome end to end.
• Command a pod and review team work.
• Architect and ship into production.
• Serve as the engagement's de facto CTO.
• Transfer capability and documentation to the client.
• Speak the hard thing when scope or timeline is misaligned.
• Feed the academy with field learnings for training.
