Job summary

Momentuum blue, a Coforge Company, embeds engineers inside client organizations to ship production AI systems. We are hiring Senior FDEs to lead pods across US and UK, delivering outcomes end to end rather than tickets.

You’ll own client engagements from initial conversation to production, steer a small team of associate FDEs and AI agents, and ensure secure, production-grade delivery in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years shipping production software.
• Experience with customer-facing delivery.
• Led a small team of engineers.
• Familiar with agentic coding tools.
• Ability to work across multiple stacks.
