Job summary

Momentuum blue, a Coforge Company, is hiring Senior FDEs to lead pods of associate FDEs and AI agents across the US and UK. You will own client outcomes from first conversations to production systems.

You will set the technical direction, review work, and ensure shipped software aligns with client security, data residency, and legacy stacks. This role requires leadership and hands-on production code delivery at client sites.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years shipping production software.
• Experience deploying agentic systems in regulated environments.
• Led a small team of engineers (formally or informally).
• Familiar with agentic coding tools as a default approach.
• Experience interacting with client security and compliance teams.
• Outcome-focused; measured by delivered results, not hours logged.

Responsibilities

• Own a client outcome end to end from conception to production.
• Command a pod and set technical direction for associate FDEs and AI agents.
• Architect and ship into production within the client's security and data framework.
• Operate as the engagement's de facto CTO, translating scope into shipped software.
• Transfer capability and documentation to the client's team to reduce dependency.
• Speak plainly to the client when scope or timelines are misaligned.
• Contribute to training material for future cohorts of engineers.
