Job summary

Coforge is seeking ambitious engineers for its Momentuum blue FDE program in Princeton, NJ. You'll undergo a 60–90 day intensive training to become a deployable FDE, gaining a foundation in applied AI engineering, vertical immersion, and a client-mirrored capstone.

You’ll join senior FDEs from day one and contribute to real client work, with opportunities to own workstreams and progress toward deployment across Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, EE, Math, Statistics, Physics, or a comparably rigorous STEM field.
• US Tier-1/Ivy League CS graduates preferred.
• Recent US university graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Embed with an enterprise client team to deliver production AI systems in two to four week sprints.
• Co-own a scoped workstream with a senior FDE: agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, eval frameworks, or AI-native rebuilds of legacy processes.
• Ship production code from day one with real users.
• Present your work weekly to client stakeholders, writing the readout and demoing the system.
• Translate ambiguous client problems into shipped AI solutions.
