Commonwealth Hotels' Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati Riverfront in Covington, KY, is seeking a Hotel Breakfast Attendant to ensure guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service.

You will prepare and present buffet items, greet guests, keep the area clean, restock supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines. Weekend and holiday availability is required; prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities For The Hotel Breakfast Attendant Include

The Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service

Food Preparation and Presentation

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs.
• Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
• Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.

Inventory and Restocking

• Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.

What We are Looking for in a Hotel Breakfast Attendant includes:
