PADNOS is seeking a disciplined CMMS Administrator in Grand Rapids, MI to own eMaint CMMS administration, user support, and system upgrades. You will lead weekly/monthly reporting on downtime KPIs, PM compliance, and maintenance costs while ensuring data integrity across the site.

You will also manage spare parts inventory, conduct cycle counts, and provide actionable insights to operational coaches. Collaboration with IT and vendors will drive process improvements and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Qualifications

• CMMS administration experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent training, documentation, and communication skills.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Administer eMaint CMMS and provide user support and triage.
• Own maintenance reporting including downtime KPIs and PM metrics.
• Oversee spare parts inventory administration and cycle counts.
• Contribute maintenance data to outage planning and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on patches and upgrades.
